At Spirit in Motion, we believe dance should be about so much more than learning steps. It’s about building confidence, discovering your strengths, making friendships, and creating memories that last far beyond the studio.
Whether your child is taking their very first dance class, dancing simply because they love it, or dreaming of the competition stage, we believe there is a place for every dancer here.
We meet dancers where they are and help them discover where they can go with excellent instruction, meaningful opportunities, and a whole lot of encouragement along the way.

At Spirit in Motion, we believe your child shouldn't have to fit a certain mold to belong in dance.
Maybe they're naturally confident. Maybe they're shy.
Maybe they've been dancing since they could walk. Maybe they've never taken a class before.
Maybe they want to dance for fun. Maybe they're already dreaming about the stage. Spirit in Motion every dancer belongs!
Every dancer is welcomed, valued, and known, not just enrolled.

Our Spirit Promise
There is no reason not to give dance a try!
One of our core values at Spirit in Motion Dance Academy is making it easy and stress-free for families to explore dance. We understand that it can be difficult for a child to determine if a class is the right fit after attending only one lesson. New faces, new friends, a new teacher, and new environment can take time to feel comfortable.
That's why we offer our Spirit Promise. Families register for the season and pay for their first month of classes just like any enrolled dancer. We then encourage your child to fully experience the class throughout that first month, allowing them time to settle in, build confidence, and get to know their teacher and classmates.
If, after the first month of classes, you feel the class is not the right fit for your child, simply let us know. You will not be obligated to continue with tuition for the remainder of the dance season. Our goal is for every family to feel confident that they have found the right dance home before making a long-term commitment.
We do not issue refunds or credits for early withdrawal outside of our Spirit Promise.
